The Power of Forgiveness

We have all heard how important it is to forgive others.

I learned the H’OPONOPONO a Hawaiian forgiveness blessing from my Feng Shui Master Luis Audet. For over 20 years I have practiced this when issues arose with friends or clients. It is a fantastic blessing and well worth acquainting yourself with.

I used it with dramatic effects when I went to California recently. With the restrictions around the world and cancelation of flights I was not sure I would make it to California. My friend had tried 3 times to go to Chile where I live and could not go. I said I would visit her instead.

I actually made it to the airport and my planes were all still scheduled to leave. I was going against the current so I did something I had not done before. I needed all the help for my 4 flights and 2 airlines to get me on time to California.

While waiting 4 hours for my first flight I imagined the whole trip in my mind and did the H’OPONOPONO on everyone and everything on my trip – this included airplanes!

The plane to Miami was 80 to 85 % full, however for the first time in 10 years I had 3 seats to myself. This meant that I could stretch out and actually sleep for the flight. It was a miracle. Not only this but, there were 2 other flights canceled to Miami and mine was the only one that left.

The only incident in the 27-hour trip was a delay of 40 minutes going to Orange county. This was so minor it did not register with me.

In this forgiveness ceremony you forgive everyone from time immemorial who has offended you and your family. Then you ask to be forgiven from time immemorial for anything that your friends or family have done to them, their friends or relatives.

In my book Spiritual Reality: Transforming the Ordinary into the Extraordinary I cover some of the method and history of the Hawaiian forgiveness blessing the H’OPONOPONO.
